The fourth military-historical festival "Karelian Borders. Medvezhegorsk" took place at June 3, 2007 in the town of Medvezhegorsk where there is an interesting historical object of the period of the Second World War – the complex of Finnish fortifications.

At present the carved in the rocks pill-boxes, barracks, shelters, anti-tank obstacles and other defences have been preserved.

The main event of the festival became the military-historical reconstruction, presented by the clubs of the military history enthusiasts from St-Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Kolomna, Dmitrov and Klin.
